Using this site
This website provides product information and a way to request quotes from Simba Cements Kenya. Information on the site is general guidance; it does not replace an engineer's specification or a product data sheet.
Quotes
A quote request does not create an order or a price commitment. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock availability. Prices include delivery to the stated location unless the quote says otherwise.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept the written quote and we confirm availability and a delivery date. Payment terms, including M-Pesa instructions where applicable, are provided with the confirmed quote.
Delivery
Delivery dates are agreed in good faith and can be affected by weather, road conditions and truck scheduling. Offloading points and site access must be agreed before dispatch. Risk in the goods passes on signed delivery.
Product advice
Grade recommendations on this site are general. Where a structural engineer, architect or Bill of Quantities specifies a class or mix, follow the specification.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here applies to requests made while it is on the site.
