How do I get a price for cement?
Send a quote request with the product, quantity in bags or tonnes, and your delivery town. We reply within one working day with a delivered price. You can also call or WhatsApp +254 741 883 962.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and where it is going. Small orders can often be combined on a shared lorry; bulk orders go as full loads. Tell us the quantity and town and we will confirm the minimum with your quote.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Kenya, with regular runs to Nairobi and its surroundings, Central, Eastern, Rift Valley and Western Kenya. Coast and North Eastern deliveries are arranged per order. The full coverage list is on the Delivery page.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days after the quote is confirmed, depending on distance and truck scheduling. Urgent site requirements can often be prioritised. Mention your target date in the request.
How do I pay?
After your quote is confirmed we send payment instructions, including M-Pesa till or paybill details where applicable. For large or recurring orders, credit terms can be discussed with the sales team.
What is the difference between 32.5 and 42.5 cement?
The number is the strength class. 32.5 suits mortar, plaster, screeds and blocks. 42.5 is for structural concrete such as columns, beams and suspended slabs. N means normal early strength; R means rapid early strength for faster turnaround.
How should cement bags be stored on site?
Keep bags on raised timber, off the floor and away from walls, under a waterproof cover. Use older stock first, and do not stack more than about ten bags high. Cement that has taken moisture and hardened should not be used.
Can my hardware shop stock Simba Cements products?
Yes. Use the Become a Stockist form with your business name, location and typical monthly volume. The sales team will contact you about stockist pricing, delivery runs and support.
