When you send a quote request, project enquiry, stockist application or contact message, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, delivery location and what you asked about.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, prepare and confirm quotes, arrange deliveries, and manage your orders. We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about an enquiry you sent us.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal details. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked us for anything. We do not keep enquiry details longer than we need them to handle your business and meet record-keeping obligations.
Who sees your details
Your details are seen by the sales and delivery team handling your request. Where a delivery requires it, the driver receives the delivery location and site contact only.
Your rights
